Gorsuch and his frigid “Frozen Trucker” dissent
In Slate, I write that Gorsuch’s “frozen trucker” dissent shows that he has neither the fair legal mind nor the temperament for the Supreme Court. It is one of the most callous and disingenuous modern opinions I’ve ever read.
