Scholars’ Amicus on Unconstitutionality of the Whitaker Appointment
We filed a scholars’ brief in Maryland v. U.S. arguing that Matthew Whitaker’s appointment as Acting Attorney General is unconstitutional. With Lawrence Tribe, Erwin Chemerinsky, Alan Morrison, Jon Michaels, Victoria Nourse, and Peter Shane.
